In this fascinating presentation, Tamika Dwight-Scott brings together Evolutionary Astrology and Gestalt psychotherapy to explore the major transits that mark our psychological development throughout life, including the Saturn Return, the midlife transits of the Uranus opposition, Neptune square and Pluto square, and the Chiron Return.

Through a Gestalt lens, Tamika will explore the deeper psychological themes that can emerge during these powerful ages and stages: shifts in identity, purpose and relationships; unfinished business; inner polarities; and the creative adjustments we make as we navigate change.

Rather than viewing these transitional periods simply as times of crisis, Tamika will explore them as invitations to greater awareness, self-reflection, integration and authenticity, and ultimately to a deeper engagement with the self.

Participants will gain a richer understanding of these astrological cycles as part of the transformative process of becoming more fully who we are, as well as exploring Gestalt strategies, metaphors and visualisations that can be applied in therapeutic work with clients.

Speaker Bio 

Tamika Dwight-Scott is an Evolutionary Astrologer and Gestalt Psychotherapist with around 30 years’ experience studying astrology. Trained extensively with Steven Forrest, she holds a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy and brings together astrology and therapeutic practice to explore personal growth, life transitions and transformation.
