And what a year it's been. Like most years, it's brought its share of ups and downs, twists and turns, surprises and challenges. Astrology offers us a fascinating lens through which to understand the bigger picture, although how those planetary influences play out is unique to each of us.
But one thing this year has reinforced for us at SARS is the importance of human connection.
In an increasingly digital world, where loneliness and isolation are growing challenges, there's something special about coming together in person. Sharing ideas, exchanging perspectives, learning from one another and simply enjoying good conversation.
That's why we remain committed to bringing our astrological community together every month at the Shakespeare Hotel in Surry Hills.
And for our final gathering of 2026, we have something rather special planned.

About Lisa Jones
Lisa Jones is an astrologer, counsellor and Australian Bush Flower practitioner who brings warmth, wisdom and a wonderfully down-to-earth Australian spirit to her lifelong passion for astrology.
Her extensive training includes studies with Astro Synthesis in Melbourne, Master-level completion of Steven Forrest's Astrology Program, a Diploma in Counselling and Group Work, and advanced qualifications in Australian Bush Flower Therapies.
As a tutor at the Forrest Centre for Evolutionary Astrology, Lisa shares her knowledge with students at every stage of their astrological journey.
She's also an experienced organiser of international astrological retreats, workshops and conferences, including Steven Forrest's apprenticeship programmes in Australia and Europe.
Her Sacred Site Tours in Greece bring together astrology, mythology, ancient wisdom and adventure, with plenty of laughter, wonderful food and meaningful connection along the way.
